AC Mutlifunction/Multi Informatation Display Not Working

Hello Everyone, Noob here with an old problem. I attached a previous thread for reference:

http://www.toyota-4runner.org/4th-gen-t4rs/96061-ac-multi-information-display-went-out-more-m.html

My multifunction display went several months ago. Right now, only the clock, passenger airbag warning, and vehicle security warning works. I am able to change the clock. However, all the AC functions do not work (e.g. defroster, re-circulation, blower, temperature.) In addition, I am not able to receive any information on the display such as mileage, temperature, or range.

I bought a used display unit off of eBay recently, hoping that the previous unit had died. Unfortunately, the second unit experiences the same problem. I disconnected the battery completely, cleaned the terminals so there were no resistance problems before installing.

My next round of diagnostics included fuse and relay testing. I tested the HEATER and MG CLT relays and found them to work fine. I then used the multimeter to back-probe the 14-pin connector and checked any voltage drops. Several of the pins showed 12V and some did not, whether the truck was ON or running. Am I not supposed have constant voltage in all 14 pins?

Please help because this problem has shown up on this forum before with no conclusion. Thanks everyone!
