Acceleration smell

Hey does anyone else have a strong smell coming from their 4-runner as you accelerate? Its kind of an odd sulfer smell or so it is to me. Any ideas?

Try typing sulfur in the search engine and you will find this a very common problem with a quick fix.

I wouldn't say the fix is "quick" or 100% effective either, but it certainly helps.

So I took the 4runner in to get that TSB fixed and after a day they said everything was good to go. Mind you they broke a bolt had to keep it over night and gave me a rental car from enterprise which was a clown car, they said it was good to go. I still have the smell but I am driving down to Atlanta this week for a baseball game and I hope that the drive burns off anything that might be left behind.
