Walmart brand full synthetic supertech engine and transfer case oil! Cant beat 5 quarts for $15.99 and its done well on oil tests.

How long have been using supertech? I can't imagine it would be terrible, just wondering how it works out over 100,000 miles or more.

Also, have you considered Amazon's brand of oil? It's cheap as well and from the same factory as Supertech.

Where do you get your Toyota coolant? I ask because my local dealer charges ~$30 per gallon, but I can get Zerex from O'Reilly for $15 I think. And I need 3 gallons so it adds up. Granted I'm not doing coolant changes very often, but I like to keep expenses low when I can.

The premix at the dealer is like $19-20 if I recall. Might have been a special price for the add on with purchase of the waterpump but Royal South Toyota also just has awesome parts pricing if you go talk to them in person, they beat their internet prices all the time.

Darn you're near Bloomington. I used to live in Columbus, but now I'm in the PNW. I guess it's just more expensive up here.

I always check parts prices with Royal South anyway. Sometimes they can ship a part for cheaper than my local dealership has it.

Maybe somewhat regional everything sure is more expensive out there! Gas is only $1.99/gal at the moment here. But somewhat dealer specific too. I'm actually in Columbus and skip over Carver Toyota due to their gouging.

I didnt know amazon had oil- I'll check it out! Ive been running it for about 50k. I change it about every 5-6k miles. I had a blackstone oil analysis done and they said the metals looked good for a 5k mile used oil.
