Access to a welder?

Anyone have access to a grinder and welder and wouldnt mind welding the tow hooks onto my 4runner? I have the one bolted on, but would like to weld it for further strength, as well as add 2 to the front.

I also want to mock-up a new rear for my exhaust to get rid of the resonator at the end and allow the exit of the exhaust to come out behind the rear right wheel.

Anyone...Bueler.....Bueler....Anyone?

When you find someone to weld them for you make sure they are an expert welder. You don't want the welds on a tow hook to break and launch a hook at somone (yeah, it really happens).

I have a welder but my skills aren't good enough that I'd consider welding a tow hook.
