acouple ?? about a 90 4runner front conversion, etc....

I have a 90-91 4runner 4wd.

1. is it possible to swap out and use the 92-95 front headlights and grill and corner lights w/o swapping front bumper and lower valance. is the swap as simple as just bolting on the new stuff.

2. where is the cheapest place to get Downey headers for a 99 4runner v6
