Actual Spacing 5100's

Can someone advise what the actual spacing between the notches is on the Tundra 5100's and/or 4runner specific 5100's. Not the advertised lift height but the spacing between notches at each level. If there's already a thread I cant find it so a link would be appreciated as well.
