acurazine popup?

I keep getting an authentication dialogue from cl.acurazine.com while surfing this site. The popup has an error message stating that AcuraZine is down while they work on it but it's otherwise a standard HTTP authentication dialouge. I assume this is something from one of this site's click-advertisers. You might want to disable that ad until AcuraZine fixes their site.

LOL, yeah I got it also and I had to think about what site I was going. "Wait a second, I don't have a freaking Acura!!!"

I got it when I clicked on the "Get More" link for the smilies...

I get it in a few random threads. I was guessing it was from a smilie because I remember one or two being somehow linked to an acura site for some reason. I could be totally off-base though. Later.

Man I am glad I am not the only one. I think GatorGreg has linked up with some other sites, so you may be right about that. For me it started a day ago. I'll relay this to GatorGreg. By the way, it just popped up during this post.

Yeah. I came here to share that I am getting it, too, but it is even popping up on the "Post Reply" screen.

Since many pictures that members have posted no longer appear, I suspect that members that posted (some) pictures are also being stored on cl.acurazine.com and there is a security problem.

Hard to understand when folks say that the picture was great when it doesn't display.

It's the 'angel' Smilies on the left of the reply window. Bad link?

Sorry about that - several of the smilies on this site were linked from another site :D I deleted the bad smilies and I think it fixed the problem - except now we have fewer smilies :(

It looks like that worked. And it looks like we still have quite a few smiles left. :p :) :bash:   :chair: :smash: :moon: :nerd: :driving:
