Sick build! I love the drawer setup. I showed it to my wife, and she wants me to build it.

Are the Pro Comp 7005's that you have 17x8 with 4.5 backspacing and 0 offset? Any special lug nuts necessary? Are wheel spacers necessary with these wheels. I've got an Old EMU 3" kit on the way and want to make sure everything will fit properly on my 05' V8. Would you recommend 275/70/17 or 285/70/17?

Not sure of the offset, i beleive 0 however. I used my local 4wheel parts to match me up.

As far as lugnuts they provided a matching set.

Wheel spacers were not necessary.

I've got 285 and was happy with it. but youll need to remove your mudflaps.

Thank you very much for the blueprints! I am about to start this project this weekend, but was curious which hole locations you used the pronged Tee Nut vs which locations for the threaded insert? Also in the carcass blueprints, i don't see measurements for the slide mounting holes, and the rear holes to mount the carcasses to each other.

I will be doing an identical left and right side drawer since our stove is usually out on a table and I want more storage space.

Pronged t nut is pretty much everywhere except the drawer slides. Those were connected with threaded inserts.

The holes just need to be big enough to fit the 1/4-20 connecting screws.

Thanks Adam. I spent the weekend building these, and pretty much figured out my own questions haha. I used the threaded inserts for the slides.

One thing to note: I had to use a 1/4" bit and drill out the slide holes for mounting to the actual drawer. The blueprints from Ryadon says 1/4", but they're not quite and the hex bolts will not fit.

I'm mounting drawer #2 tonight and will snap some pics! Still need to finish the rear ends of carcasses, and front covers for drawers. Then I can start on the sidewings haha. How long did it take you to totally complete everything?

Damm bro such an awesome build, I'm on the look out for a 4runner. Waiting for someone to trade one in at work and jump on it. As far as the suspension goes how much do you like it now? Im sure enough you put some miles on them any sagging? Thanks.

It took about 10 weekends. But thats because we were developing it and making changes along the way

I like it, but only because i have extra weight in the rear. if you dont plan on having an extra 3-500lbs on the back i wouldnt recommend the overland springs, but otherwise the icons are great.

They are pricey but an awesome machine though. I was only looking for the 2006-2009 but might have to settle with a 2004-2009 which ever I could find with decent miles and a reasonable price. We had a trade in a month ago 2008 Limited 4x4 White, but what killed it for me was the Tan interior. So I did not jump on it.

Couple of my coworker's have 5th Gen's to pricey for me. 1 of them has Kings and the other one has Icon suspension. Been doing my homework on which suspension will work better for me. I was looking at the Icon Stage 2 and Stage 5 Kits.

the 10/32 phillips head screws are the ones for the slides. works with the allen head threaded inserts.

for the slide to the carcass wall i ordered 1/4 20 phillips head 1/2" screws to attach to the TNuts.

Awesome build, man! That drawer system is incredible. Going to try to adapt it and use it for my 80 Series Land Cruiser. Any tutorials you've done or are aware of for wiring in the Blue Sea components in the back? I'm really amateur when it comes to electrical.

What kind of clearance do you have overall?

How much does the tent hurt your fuel economy?
