Hey Guys,
i bought my Addco Sways of a private seller and the rear was one of the bars that was recalled for being to long and angling the sway bar endlinks badly. Well i contacted Addco directly and John from Addco Contacted me back promptly regarding my concern and we touched bases through emails and phone calls a few times as well. This confirmed my sway bar was a recalled unit. I was thinking that i was going to have to replace the part and pay for a new one myself since it was purchased second hand and not from a retailed of the part.
John Called me back after the confirmation and told me that he would have a replacement bar made for me for free and all i needed to do was pay for shipping. i happy obliged and did so and after about a week ( They had to make the bar for me and powdercoat it) i received a new bar to replace the old one i bought that was giving me problems the angle of the end links cause the bushings to come loose when flexing because of there angle.
So Thank you John for your Customer Service. even though he didn't have to replace my bar he did so anyway to make a guy happy. I wish all companies were like this.
