Addicted Offroad Bumper Status

Yeah, you'll be hard-pressed to find high strength flange-head bolts at Lowe's/HD. Ebay, Bolt Depot, BelMetric, or Amazon are your friends :).

You will need the longer M12 bolts if you want to retain the tie-down/tow hook brackets. As for the other (SAE) bolts, AOR shipped the bumper attached to the cross-member with these bolts, but they didn't line them up properly and thus cross-threaded the bolts. Ugh. I did have to run a tap through the female threads, and get the new bolts. Hopefully your bumper will be better assembled than mine was.

OK, finally got movement with a real delivery date of Friday, July 23.

For historical purposes:

Notified 19 weeks after purchase. Set to arrive 21 weeks after purchase.
 
I find that companies will create a label well before the item is actually in the shipper's hands to keep the customer off their back. Not saying that is happening here, but it does happen. "Here's your tracking number!" can actually mean "We entered your shipping info and box dimensions/weight into our shipper's portal"
 
Agreed! Update is Saturday now, but is currently sitting in Henderson, CO.

Saturday would be just as good since I will be working on suspension components anyway :)

My arb compressor just shipped and is supposed to be here on Sunday. Funny we are both getting our long lost purchases the same weekend.

Mine is currently in Roseville, CA and slated for delivery tomorrow.
 
The bumper arrived today! Was supposed to be this past Thursday, then yesterday, then tomorrow, but showed up today. To my surprise, a delivery dude backed his van up in my driveway and I am thinking, is the Amazon package THAT heavy? Then he opens the back doors and I see my bumper. I was surprised. I thought this thing was going to be in a crate! Anyway, missing a nut as it must have rattled off during shipment. Won’t have time to mount it until my front end suspension is done. So far, looks really nice and solid!

Looks good man! The compressor didn’t make it, I think it will come tomorrow though. Lol.

Yea I got it yesterday. Stoaked. Now I just need one of those 4 way filler hoses lol.
