The mounting bracket looks like my trail gear bracket.
But yours covers up the frame rails where mine does not, also does the bracket bolt to the lower parts of the frame rails too?

Yes, we can install (for a small fee).
We are also going to be starting some powder coating options, but only for local guys. I will not ship powder coated bumpers unless you want to pay freight, and a crating fee. (its not worth it when you can get it done locally to you for cheaper).

Ours are 1/4" while theirs (IIRC) only use 3/16".
Ours wraps around the frame and uses the tow hook mounting holes. Then you drill a 9/16" hole in the bottom of the frame once the bumper is level and drop the bolt all the way through.
Their crossmember will not be compatible with our bumper as the mounting holes are lower. FWIW, we also use our crossmember for our SAS's instead of theirs in their kits. Again, because ours is 1/4" and stronger.

sorry, but these aren't going to be built for body lifts. I have tube bumpers that can be though.

That really sucks. I wanted this bumper bad but without the BL options I have to go to a different company. I hate pure tube, I hate huge plates. Yours was perfect!

I just cannot justify have 15 different jigs to do that with on the off chance some needs a 1.5", 1", 2", 3" body lift. And, there is no easy(or strong) way to alter the mounting system to raise it up.

No I actually understand that completely. If its not cost effective than there is no reason to do it. If there was an easy way I would just buy your bumper and try to raise it myself. Im thinking of removing my body lift just to fit that bumper but than fitting 35's wont be anymore fun than it already is without my 1.5" body lift.

If you ever see an SAS in the future, then you do not want to build your armor around a body lift. Otherwise it will be crazy tall.
And, 35s are only going to blow apart CVs, TREs, and ball joints.

I'd love to pick one of these up for my 4runner at some point, but I need to deal with the back bumper first.
Do you have any plans to work on a rear bumper to match this one? I could be blind, but it looks like the current tube rear you have doesn't really match all that well.
I'd love to pick up both if a rear does come out!

We will have an add-on piece available eventually for our tube bumper that will box the sides in to match. Basically it will be welded onto and over the current tube outers. This way it will keep the strength of the tube, without compromising the look.
There is honestly no time table for it at this time. We need to get the plate bumpers dialed in, and once that is done, we will look into the rear setup.

Tacoma and 3rd gen 4runner versions are done now. Cut files are loaded and we are burning them out. We are building the jig next week and will start assembling them as soon as its done.
Here is a 96 that we just finished, and test fitted it on my double cab to make sure it fits. It does, although its very tight on the 01-04 "bubble" grill. It still fits.
