adding mp3 player to stock head

adding mp3 player to stock head can it be done? No it isnt an iPod, I am not an iPod fan, i love creative and Toshiba mp3 players. currently i have a creative zen vision:m. I want to try and connect it to the stock stereo because im getting tired of that damn tape adapter giving me $hi##y soud, then again it is over 5 years old so a new tape adapter might be worth a try. So anyways any ideas?

I have a PIE adapter going to the back of my headunit. I've had IPODs, DVD players and GPS units go into it and they all sound fantastic through the truck speakers. The input is just a headphone jack so it is pretty universal but of course you won't get the ability to control things through your steering wheel controls.
