Adding Subwoofers To '03?

I have two 12" Alpine Subs and I was thinking about adding them to my 4Runner.

1) Do that make a box that will fit under the double deck cargo?
2) Could I tie them into the jbl amp?
3)How the HELL do I get to the amp and sub?

the guys at best buy hooked my system up for free. try them out. theyll know. the origanal price was 45 bucks, but when i went to pick it up they said dont worry about it .. so i always go there now.
