Adhesive recommendation?

Can anyone recommend a product to adhere rubber backed carpet to the padding? My cargo carpet is peeling away from the padding.

I used to to attach some carpet on the sides of my boat (40 year old fiberglass surface) and it bonded it with no issues, without any surface prep. Just make sure you spray both surfaces and press it together hard, should work great. The stuff is cool, it makes you feel like spiderman lol
