Adjustable shocks or lift kit

I was just wondering if I can get some opinion on an easy way to get a little more hight outta my 98 4runner on a budget

Are the bilstein shocks good or rancheros? Or is the a good resenable price lift kit out there I can install by my seft

go bilsetein, they are pretty good for the price, I honestly don't know what the hell a ranchero is. Also, the coils are really what add your "lift". If you just want more height for cheap, a body lift seems the way to go for you. If you go suspension I would recommend a kit that comes with everything you need like the Toytec BOSS or Sonoran Steel 1.2
