Advice needed 2015 sr5 ( repairs )

Good day, to all. I am looking for some advice on a repair.

During an attempt to change the sway bar bushing, the inevitable happened. The nut holding the bolt from inside the frame gave out. Thus there is nothing into where the bolt can screw in now. ( it is now cut )

I don't have many ideas as to how fix it, what comes to mind is to weld a new piece of metal over the existing frame and thread it. Or to try and fit a nut from the inside on a wire in the frame by widening one of the existing holes and welding it from the exterior.

Will probably ask what the local garage/dealer think but wanted to get ahead.

Finally for the moment i can't delete the sway bar completely to avoid all that since i have to pass inspection on it

There are nuts that install in existing holes-I forget their name. Several styles. You can track down the correct size to fill the frame hole.
Question-is your pic showing corrosion at this spot? That might need repair first if the steel is not sound. Probably via welding.

Its been years since I used one - rivet nuts or rivnuts. Simple DIY installation with hand tools are on the internet.
I suggest watching a couple youtubes. Actually make a training jig with some scrap steel and practice the technique you prefer. Amazon or McMaster will have the metric bolts and rivnuts you will need.
