Advice on 98 sr5 purchase

Hi Im just looking for advice on purchasing a 4runner. I recently found a 98 sr5 at a dealer with 97k miles. It is a 5 speed 6 cyl. It looks like it has been lifted. They are asking 7,200... do you think i should buy? I have attached a picture. I would probably powdercoat the rims black

looks good and yea it does look a little lifted. i would probably leave those rims as is though.

I like that 4runner. Let me know what those rims are called. I really like them.

Seems like a good price for a vehicle with fairly low miles. Can you determine if the timing belt has been replaced? If not, it is due.
