Advice on buying an 05 SR5 Sport

I'm new to the 4Runner community and am looking for advice on a 4Runner I'm considering buying. It's an 05 4WD Sport with only 20K miles. It's a one-owner vehicle in stunning condition, and the dealer is asking $22K for it. Good price? What concerns should I have? I live in Minnesota, so the 4WD is necessary. Any advice appreciated.
