Advice please: Rear diff locker retrofit to a diesel gen 3

Hi guys,
Can some on here, with a OEM originally installed rear diff locker on your 3rd Gen 4Runner, please take a photo or two of the bracket that holds the wiring harness for the rear diff actuator.

Ive attached my rear diff harness on my 4Runner, but there, I improvised and eventually the wiring failed, so this time I want to install it correctly.

Here are pics of the bracket in my hand , and a pic of where it supposedly attaches somewhere to the frame...as far as I know, but I cant figure it out where.

I'm pretty sure I just messaged you on Facebook (I've seen your rig on the 3rd Gen Mafia page), I think it'd be easier if I just messaged them to you and we could talk back and forth about what you need instead of refreshing the forum every few minutes and me unloading everything to Flickr
