In 2000 (160,000 miles ago) I installed a 1" Lift Springs w/Bilstein Shocks (purchased from Performance Products).
By the looks of things (http://www.toyota-4runner.org/3rd-gen-t4rs/74404-height-measurements-help-wanted.html) I ended up with closer to 2" of lift from this setup.
7,000 miles ago I had 4 new Bilstein 4600 shocks installed and should have addressed the spring thing then - but I didn't - so here I am.
Center of Wheel to Fender Lip:
LF 22.75 ¦ RF 23.00
LR 22.25 ¦ RR 22.25
I'd like to get some recommendations on whether I should go with the stop gap method of a (rear) 1.5 Daystar Spacer - or would it be best to swap out the rear springs with a pair that would get me to 23"+ (see above) And if the spring method is best - what spring would you recommend ?
Thanks for your time.
