I just put ball joint spacers on and had the frony end alighnment done. The truck is level but still looks a little high in the front. So if I lower the torsion bars about an inch is it going to effect the alighnment?

No. Just make sure you lower each side the same. Make a mark on the bolts and count your turns then lower the front end down off the jack, take it for a spin and measure your fender height from the tire on each side. More than likely you probably have worn out leafs in the rear though. It is a common issue with these.

What Toyo said - raise or lower the front, and camber will change. Once you get it at the height you like, you should definitely get it aligned.

shouldn't caster change as well?

edit: nah I guess it shouldn't since it is just forcing the upper arm down the tighter it gets.

I guess I was thinking more about the 1" difference not really messing with it much. I would doubt you would notice the 1" but then again it may effect the wear on the tires more than I am giving credit.
