Aerosol Sea Foam fouls plugs?

Hey guys, I'm looking to do the spray sea foam that you can spray directly into your TB while the engine is running. I'm wondering if it will foul up the plugs I just put in as it clears the carbon. I threw away my old plugs otherwise I'd put those back in. Thanks.

Why use the spray, you can just suck the liquid in to the TB through the pcv tube?

short answer: It probably wouldn't hurt to change your plugs after doing that.

Sure, you could run the 4runner for awhile, but if it were me, I'd change my plugs and my oil within a week of doing that. (next time, keep the old plugs)

Sounds good, have you guys put sea foam in your oil before? Like a hundred miles before it's due for a change?

Never used the aerosol but I have used the plain old can of it. I used it twice on my '97 actually, I put a while can through the PCV after I had already changed the plugs and O2 sensor. No issues at all.

When I first bought it, I put 1/2 can through the gas tank, 1/2 in the oil. Changed it about a week later. Not sure how much it did but figuredit was worth a try.
