After market shift knob

I have a 2006 Sport V6 4x4 White w/ black interior. I would like to have a leather gear shifter. I have several questions:

1. The new Urban Runner has a leather gear shifter. Can I order that part and put it on my car?

2. Is there an aftermarket TRD leather shifter for auto transmissions? TRD makes a great looking one, but it seems to only be for manual tranys.

3. When I get a new knob, how do I remove my old one? What's the procedure for taking the stock shift knob off?

1. Probably, but if you go through the dealer it is almost sure to be a rip off.

2. Im sure there are some really nice aftermarket ones available.

3. Just twist the shift knob counter-clockwise and it will unscrew revealing a threaded shaft, which I am sure many different types of shift knobs will fit.
