Aftermarket Bluetooth/GPS - 2008 Sport

I have a 2008 4Runner Sport (V8) that I bought in 2009. 2009 was a terrible year to look for a V8 4Runner, as you all probably know. There was only one NEW unit in a 500 mile radius of Dallas, and it did not have OEM natigation or Bluetooth. I've been using dash-mounted GPS/Bluetooth, but I've finally given up on them. I'm interested in recommendations for an in-dash unit that provides excellent bluetooth and GPS performance. It's hot here, so please take that into consideration. I'd like to keep it under $1500 (a lot under would be nice). I searched the forum, but didn't find a recommendations for my vehicle. Thanks in advance

Alpine

I purchased a Scion Alpine premium HU,added XM and Navigation,all factory.The head unit has a lot of options,including HD.The nav works great.I found out,after I purchased the nav,there is a company that offers nav with blue tooth and wifi that is plug and play for the Alpine.It runs about $600 and you can pick up a used Alpine hu for somewere between $200 and $300.It is also plug and play,steering wheel and auxiliary both work without any modification,and it also has a usb port for total control of an Ipod or mp3 player through the stereo.
