Aftermarket exhaust questions

Specifically regarding a Gibson, but I suppose experience with other brands would be useful too...

I plan to install a Gibson cat-back on my 4th Gen V8 in the coming week.

When I installed a Borla on my old Land Cruiser I was instructed to replace the gasket at the flange just aft of the cats (where the new exhaust would hook up).

The questions for those who have installed an aftermarket exhaust are:
-Is there a need to replace any gaskets, and
-Are any gaskets included in the kits?

Didnt replace any gaskets as my truck had less than 5000 miles on it at the time...I also believe there are no gaskets to use. Its more of a male to female style fitting instead of flat to flat.

Oddly enough, I had already figured this out for myself today. My bumper was not supposed to arrive until next Tuesday by FedEx. I was lying under my truck this morning, seeing how I was going to get the old exhaust off, and the FedEx guy comes up the driveway (on a Saturday, no less!)

So, needless to say, I already have it installed. And you're right, there were no gaskets to deal with.

What are your impressions of the gibson kit throughout the rpm range? I'm interested in this kit.
