Aftermarket Fog Lights?

I have a 2001 4runner, and I want to get aftermarket HID's for my fog lights. I want to get 30000k(pink/purple).

I want to know if I need to buy a whole new lamp kit with the HID's already installed. Or if I can buy just the H3 bulbs and install them with the stock lamps.


Help?
