Got these in today. Figured there might be some interest. If anyone has questions, let me know. The pics make them look more ricer than in reality.

First question. How's the light output compared to stock?
because if its not an improvement then it would be useless, I need more light output
Second who makes these?
I have some cheap-o TYC brand 99+ clears in right now and the light out put SUCKS compared my friends 99 with the factory clears and we are using the same bulbs (PIAA XTREME white plus)

Is the HID part the high beam or is the big round part the low beam?

Overall they look ok if they make better light.

Funny, I put a set of TYC's in one of my 4Runners and they were phenomenal.

Projector is the low beam, just like combo lights on my BMW. China makes them, that's all I know. Since they are not installed, I can't attest to light output. I would presume a cheap projector that will benefit from a retrofit.

Are these the ones from Rumin Sport? If so, keep us updated with how you like them once you get them installed. I have been very interested in these for a couple years now, but never took the plunge.

Edit: Also, glass or plastic lenses? Plastic would be a deal breaker for me, sadly.

I think its more the vehicle doesn't end up looking like bugeyed as if it has a thyroid disorder.

Plastic isn't a deal breaker in my mind as my car has plastic and no one would would claim its hid/halogen setup is poor. If you're so interested in glass you could glue your glass lenses on.

Once I painted my headlights they didnt look like bug eyes haha but I see your point, the shrouds i got were called iris, so they accentuated the bug eye look. also you should be able to use a glass lens on top.

Dual with square would be pretty slick. I really am looking for more light, worst case I run dual halogen 55Ws, best case here I can retrofit a real projector and run 55W halogens along side an HID.

Working out pretty well. TRS halos and TRS mini H1s installed, need to seal them back up and do a few more tweaks and get them in.
