Aftermarket keyless entry paired with a OEM fob

Forgive my ignorance on electrical. I also did a search and could not find anything. I am wanting to put a aftermarket keyless entry on my '99. Is it possible to get the aftermarket keyless frequently programmed to use a OEM Toyota or Toyota style fob?

I have seen these AJT design injection fobs and would really like to have those rather than the mostly hokie looking aftermarket fobs.

It all depends on what aftermarket system you have and what frequencies it accepts. The OEM fob for a 99 is an easy google search away to figure out what freq - then just check with your system manufacturer to be sure and you're either in business or SOL.

What about a late model fob? that's what I am after
