I have used the "search function", and all I found was Raska, (no 4R models) and Bud Built (steel only) skid plates. I want an aluminum skid plate to replace the OEM skid plate that covers the oil filter, and drain plug. Is there an aluminum brand/model, that has cut outs, so the skid plate does NOT have to be dropped for oil changes ?

Bud at BudBuilt used to make them custom out of Aluminum upon request.He can probably put an access door for the oil filter if you really wanted it but I'm sure it cost more for custom work.If there were cutouts they would catch on stuff.
I can have my front skid plate down in less then 5 minutes for an oil change and the next one back has an access hole for the oil drain plug so no need to take it down. Just give Bud a call and ask him as he's one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet.
His new website has a link to his old website where it mentioned aluminum as I didn't see it on his new one. No option here, Budbuilt is the way to go. I have had his stuff on multiple rigs and it is amazing. Very very strong, well built, easy to install, everything you want in skids. He has 5 pieces available, front, belly, tcase, tcase crossmember, and gas tank skid. I made the mistake of not getting a gas tank skid on my last dedicated trail rig, and quickly turned around and got one after running lower 2 at tellico (R.I.P.).
Pics of carnage below (only was able to hold about 9-10 gallons after that and the fuel gauge was useless)
You can also see the end of the belly skid on the very left edge and you notice A. how solid they are and B. how it looks nothing like the factory skid in the main area of the picture
Now here is a picture of his front and belly skids after that same run...
(as you can see still in one piece with very little damage)
