Aftermarket Third Row install (3rd Row)

I am looking to buy 3rd row seats including with the hardness, is it possible for the seats along with the hardness to fit on a non 3rd row.

The cargo area side panel pieces and floor are different as well so they would have to be modified or replaced.

Big question I have is how much modification is needed to fit the mounting brackets for the original 3rd row seats? See image to reference these brackets…

Does anyone know do you also have to drill new holes for these brackets and cut the side panels for these to fit in the non 3rd row models?
