Aiming headlights

How exactly do I aim the headlights down? I just installed a lift and don't want to blind oncoming traffic.

theres two adjuster wheels a 10mm socket fits on

I know the rule of thumb I was told when adjusting headlights on my Chevy Full size was this.. Pull up to a wall with lights on... use tape to mark center lines verticle and horizontal

Back up so that front of vehicle is 25 feet from wall (area must be level) and then adjust lights so that the center of beam is 6 inches below horizontal line and drivers side is 3" to passenger side of Vertical line and passenger side is on vert. center line.
