I have a 95 4 runner with air bags on the back. They won't air up at all I think this truck sat for a while before I bought it. Do they have seals inside them? If they have a hole is there something you can seal it up with or do I have to replace them? Don't know anything about them so any info would help. When I try to air them up you can tell the air is going in but seems like it is just leaking out as fast but can't feel it anywhere around the sides.

If there is a hole in the bag then no, you can not seal it up. You just have to replace it. However they are very strong and it is more likely that the leak is in the air system somewhere besides the bag itself. Depending on the setup there are a number of fittings and hoses all of which are possible places for a leak.

It's hard to see but it feels like the hoses are connected and it sounds like air is going in the bag but they won't even hold air! As soon as I take their hose off the stem the air is gone if that makes sense. Like I said this 4runner is new to me so I don't know if they ever held air.

why are there bags on the truck? Is it to get it lower like a mini truck with a link setup or are they like helper bags for towing?
If you want to find the problem start narrowing down the possible suspects one at a time. For instance hook an air fitting directly to the bag and a shop compressor and fill it, see if the bag holds air.
