Air Dam for 2010 4R

I am new here, (Hello!) but not to Toyota forums so I know the protocol and have already done the "search" but no answers to my question.....which is...Is there an Air Dam made for the factory rack system on the 2010 4 Runner that is after-market light compatible? As you can see from my handle here my Dad has a 4 Runner and they really gave him the run around at the dealer as to weather or not such a thing exists from Toyota or otherwise. Any help is greatly appreciated! Dad has his own lights already just lacks the air dam to attach them to.

Toyota does not make a lightbar or deflector for the factory roof rails. Anything else would come with an aftermarket rack.

Several on here with TE's have the Inno rack fairing and Thule makes one too. You can't put lights on a roof fairing though.
