Air Filter & A/C Air Filter

I'd strongly suggest to anyone here to change Air filters early, as oppose to factory 30,000 mile intervall. I changed mine at 25,000 and believe me, by condition of old filters it had to be done way earlier. Lots of dirt and even leafes in both filters so bad I didn't even wanted to bother with pics. I don't even drive in gravell or dirt. I'm planing to change mine every 15,000 miles. Dude that was a shocker. Just spend $20 and change those often. :)
mine two cents and rant for the day

I was amazed at the amount of debris that is caught in the cabin filter.

I purchased a home HV/AC filter and cut 4 cabin filters from it. I chose the filters that are corregated, not the blue mesh ones. It should filter much better and still flow correctly.

I just changed my filter this weekend too. It was so dirty and had like leaves in it. The car doesnt smell as musty now when I turn of the air. I dont know how much my hvac filter is going to filter out but my last one needed to be changed.
