Air Filter Options????

True Flow is gone.

Amsoil isn't making the TS-115 anymore.

K&N is potentially damaging (according to some).

Does anyone have any viable options?

what's wrong with the paper filters?

People have issues with the Oil Air Filters because of the possiblity of the oil getting into their MAF or Throttle Body and messing things up. If you over oil them you have that issue, if you under oil them it's not trapping enough dirty. So... you just have to find a balance.

I prefer to stick with a paper filter... Those Toyota Engineers are pretty smart.

I use a K&N on mine, and I have a hole cut in the front of the airbox (no deckplate....pointless for me).

Honestly, if I was doing it over, I'd probably leave it alone and just keep a clean high quality paper filter in there. Clean is safe, and performance (both HP and MPG) is not affected enough by getting something that is "high-flow" to make it worth it.

Yeah, just get a Purolator air filter.

or you can go with Fram, Napa or Toyota Air Filters.
