My '97 T4R is Load Controller equiped

I put the Load Controller II on my'97, 7-16-98. It has an onboard compressor. I use it to level the truck when I tow my camper or boat. Still works great, no problems.

Want to add air bags

Hey Jeremy, I want to install an air suspension/bag modification to my 2005 SR5, 2wd, but don't want to add a tank b/c it would take up too much space. I was looking at the WirelessOne option, but wanted to know if the Loadlifter 5000 Ultimate would fit the rear and do you guys make a kit for this make and model? What options are available for the front? Would any of the AirLift Performance universal products work or fit? I actually would like to lower the rear a bit instead of raising the front since I have a 2wd and don't do any off road stuff, lowering the center of gravity rather than raising it.

Unfortunately we do not make a direct bolt on kit for your SR5. You could custom build something using our parts, but it will require a lot of fab work.

Air Lift 1000 for 2 inch lift?

I have a 2004 4Runner. It used to have factory air suspension but I removed that and installed 2 inch lift springs. 60809 is what fits a stock vehicle. Is there a setup with slightly taller bags that would be better for a lifted 4runner. I'd prefer not to sacrifice any suspension travel(when bags are not in use at 5 psi) with a puck insert.

It looks like people install the air bags with the nipple pointing downward into the whole there. I do not have that hole there because I had to fab steel bars that bolt in there to hold my springs in place.

Can I install the bags with the nipples pointing upwards somehow? Maybe drill through the bump stop? Otherwise I guess I could offset the spring holder bolt somehow and feed the nipple through the bottom hole.

We should be able to find something to work with your lift spring. If you can get me the inside diameter and height of the spring at ride height, I should be able to find a bag that works for your set up.

As far as bag orientation goes, you can flip the bag so the port is at the top with no problem.

Get me those measurements and let me know if you have any further questions at all.

I take it, it has an OEM air suspension set up on it? If so, we really do not deal with the factory systems at all, but I can try to help!

It would take a little custom fab work, but it can be done.
