Airlift 1000 Leak in airbag

So I purchased the Airlift 1000 kit for my 3rd gen and put it on in 2012. I could tell an immediately improvement in towing. I have really enjoyed them.

They have not been holding air and I got underneath with a spray bottle of soapy water and sprayed the lines and the bags. Low and behold, the driver's side bag has a small pin hole leak. I contacted AirLift (As they offer a good warranty) and they sent me a replacement set of bags. (Just wish they sent a mechanic to do the work...LOL)

What PSI do you run them on when you're unloaded? How about when wheeling?

I found the sweet-spot (for me) was to run them at 15PSI when not hauling/towing. I have not been wheeling in quite some time. I have had as much as 25PSI in them (They max out at 35PSI) and at the higher PSI, you can feel a pretty stiff difference.

This is my daily driver. I have been pleased with these things so far and even more so when AirLift backs up the warranty with cost-free replacement parts!

Nice. I run mine at 5psi around town and have gone up to 35 when very loaded.

Good to hear. I also run this kit, and have been happy with it's performance. I run 10-15 unloaded, I like the slight amount of extra lift to, lol.

I like mine also, and run 5psi when nothing loaded.
