I decided to try my hand at building an exhaust. I ordered a 2 1/4" steel pipe kit from speedwaymotors.com, with a magnaflow muffler. Everything is tack welded but the hangers, I will pull it and finish weld and paint it when weather permits.

Thanks. I am not totally pleased with the tailpipe but there is no good/easy way to tuck it around the bumper and shackle. Hopefully I don't smash it.

Exhaust is done

It is just about ready now expect for some more lights and wiring. I plan to move it out of the backyard tomorrow and wash it.

Thanks guys. I should have some pics and vids after this weekend. I still need to mount and wire lights but I'll worry about that when I have more time.

It worked great, after the steering ram finally burped air halfway through the trail. I need to trim the rear fenders and smash my pinch weld some more
