It's pretty windy here today. Half of my garage blew away

I strapped down the other half

I started replacing the rear axle seals so I can get the axles back in, but I mangled one of them. So I installed a new valve cover gasket set instead. It is going to be cold the rest of the week, so I'm not sure if much will happen here.

Finally made some good progress. The rear axle is pretty much done

Shifter bezel is trimmed, I still need to seal up the floor though

The TG steering pump kit is finally in

The steering box is on. Everything barely clears. I did not need to extend the steering shaft, I only slid it out of the firewall clamp a small amount. The pitman arm and mounting bolts still need to be torqued.

The TG steering cooler does not fit anywhere with the AC radiator, so I am using the 12" dual pass heat sink cooler I already had. It barely fits here, I will make brackets to attach it to the core support.

Looks good. I just mounted the same size PS cooler on mine. I don't think there was that much room between the core support and frame cross member to put it there on mine. I ended up mounting mine behind the cross member under the radiator.

Thanks. The cooler just barely fits there. I may decide to mount it like you did, we'll see.

Nice!! As far as the steering cooler, another 4runner guy on yotatech (chefyota4x4) put it in between the radiator and ac cooler. That way you wouldn't need that extra heat sink

I have to shave the upper knuckle gussets, they are hitting the knuckle while turning, I forgot to check sooner

I installed a new pioneer headunit, and switch panel from Paranoid Fabrications. The switch panel is made for 1st gen Taco's, but a couple 2nd gen 4Runner members have made it work, and I was able to do the same.

My new switch covers from OTRATTW

1.5" spacers to match the rear axle, 2.5" b.s. wheels. Yea it is wide lol. I have the small TG diff armor , I may add some sides to it and beef it up eventually.

Yea I've had it for about a month. I love it! No other decent spot for switches in an SR5

Thank you for this suggestion, this is what I ended up doing. I couldn't keep the hoses from kinking to reach the heat sink. I mounted the TG cooler as you mentioned, and notched the core support where the radiator mounts to feed the hoses.
