Haha I keep thinking that! I'm done wrenching on the patio when I finish the rear axle swap. I'm gonna save up and build a better setup. I have the 20 ton press setup inside behind my kitchen lol.

Bumpstops are set, steering stops set, just needs tightening up, trimming, a few little things. So glad I can make the wheeling trip next weekend!
I used the TG bumpstops kit, I had to shorten the frame pads for the IFS frame (less arch in the frame). I would have built my own pads but this is easier with limited tools.

Thanks bud, finally got it out of the backyard

I don't know if I mentioned, I ordered some black 202 and clear coat in spray cans and painted that replacement fender. It looks pretty decent.

It worked awesome. I really want to move/replace the giant gas tank though, that is the only thing bothering me for now.

I want to keep the tank underneath. I want to see if an f150 tank will fit in the spare tire location or build a custom cell.

Mine is held together with hopes and dreams so I feel your pain. Its a rock magnet. The F150 tanks SHOULD fit IIRC, I tried one in the back of my Xtra Cab before deciding just to go to propane. You'll just have to get creative with the mounting brackets and build a good skid for it.

Yea I've done some research on it, my concern is my shock location.

Since you ditch the old body, have you regretted getting rid of the tubing around the wheel wells? Considering something similar soon just to keep the body off the trees and rocks.

I didn't just ditch the body, I ditched the whole rust bucket. Those tubes did save my fenders a couple times but I still managed to dent the quarter. I have a rough idea for tube on the bedside, but I don't really want to add any more weight for the little 22re right now.
