Alarm goes off with no reason

Help!!! how do you disconnect horn from oem alarm

I'm getting sick of my oem alarm going off for no reason. Not sure if the alarm contacts are worn out or a sensor goes off. Either way, is there a way to disconnect the horn from the alarm only?

Its the OEM VIP product from Fujitsu Ten? Have you tried the trouble shooting guidance in the installation instructions that you can get from their FAX back service? 310 327-9905

Don't know if this applies to your OEM system, but I had/have an aftermarket alarm that this happened to on my jeep. Turns out it was a bad relay in the brain of the unit. Simple remove/replace and it was fine, but the diagnosis to find that out was troublesome. I have no idea where the OEM alarm brain is, but it might be worth a look.
