Trying to decide between my next mod. Thinking either sliders or an LED light bar in the grille. I'm really liking this 36" bar from superbrightleds.com. It should fit right in the lower grille with a few millimeters to spare on each side.

Thinking the sliders may be more practical. Have a fairly new girlfriend and kinda feel bad/embarrassed when she has to climb in and out of the runner. I even struggle with it sometimes lol.

Get the light bar and trade your GF in for one that's a bit more athletic. You should start working out too! I apologize in advance if your are vertically challenged.

Got my color matched center caps in from FNWheels.
Are the flush fitting center a special order?

Haha, I'm 5'11". Girlfriend isn't too short either.
I think they come standard now with new wheels. It took a few weeks to get them color matched, didn't cost any extra though.
Great looking Runner! I am waiting on my 15 super white TEP to come in, and was planning on getting some bronze FN or SCS wheels as well. Take a look at my other two cars - all I have to say is you have excellent taste when it comes to vehicles...:biggrin2:

Haha that is pretty crazy. Excellent choice in cars lol. I swear I've seen pics of your G before. Are you over on myg37.com? What stage GTM kit did you have on it? What kind of numbers were you putting out? The guys at GTM really seem to know their stuff with the VQ engines.
Yeah - spent a lot of time on MyG37 and the370Z finding ways to waste money. Had the stage 1 kit and made 520rwhp and 430 rwtq. Thing was a blast to drive with a huge area under the curve. Just didn't drive it enough to justify keeping it anymore. Plus, all I could do more to it was build the engine, and didn't want to open that can of worms. Got bored and decided to come on back to the Runners! Had a deposit on a white pro, but switched over to a TEP when it came out that it didn't have KDSS or sunroof..

I've been debating on getting the SCS SR8's or the Konig Type X Matte Bronze and your T4R was the deal breaker! It's hard to find a white 5th gen to compare bronze wheels to on the forum. How are those Cooper ST Maxx's working out for you in OK?

Yep it should be right around 3". I didn't have to adjust it any from factory. I did raise the driver side about 1/2" last month since it has settled it dropped about 1/2" lower than the passenger side.
Sure, I'd love to check them out sometime. We should try to get the OKC people together before it gets too terribly cold out.
Ride quality has been great. No problems at all so far. Just shy of 10k miles on it now.
Any reason you doing suction cups for the Valentine and not using a Blendmount for it? I have one in my BMW but I don't actually know if they fit on the current 4runners. Maybe someone could check on that?

Thanks man really appreciate it! I've put some thought into painting the front and rear silver pieces. Bronze would definitely be interesting. I am thinking I'll probably go with a satin black or something though. I saw a white TRD Pro the other day that has these pieces in black from the factory and loved how it looked.
I'd love to use a blendmount but it does not fit the non-auto dimming mirror. It has an odd shaped shaft that connects it to the window. I want to pick up a Gentex Autodimming rearview mirror that has the round shaft on it that will work with a blend mount.

New AVS bug deflector and window rain guards installed along with a new Gentex auto-dimming rear mirror with HomeLink.
Next up is a Blendmount for the Valentine 1.
Honest question: how is homelink different from a normal rolling code transmitter?

It's built into the vehicle and you don't have to have a separate garage door opener. Comes standard in the Trail Premium and I love it! Other than that, it's no different.
