Ok so I did not think that lower ball joint replacement would effect front end alignment, but I have discovered that is not the case.
A timeline of my situation is as follows:
2/21/18 new tires and alignment - felt fine and drove fine
3/26/18 installed lower ball joints - felt fine and drove fine.
4/15/18 noticed feathering on the outside edge of the front tires
4/19/18 same tire shop rechecked alignment and reset toe, as you can see it changed quite a bit.
Attached are the alignment sheets from before lower ball joints and after.
