Hello, so im in the middle of installing my lift. I have three of the four cam bolts loosened and i can remove all three. My front passenger is frozen. The bolt is out butthe two cam pieces is seized to eachother and the lca. I was able after much pb blaster and banging to loosen it from the frame thus allowing the lca free movment but it will not budge from the lca. Can my rig be aligned with the cam seized how it currently is or should i bring out the sawzall?

Get some ATF and Acetone. Make a 50/50 mix, it's stronger than any penetrating stuff on the market. Spray a crapload of that all over, in and around it. Let it sit for a day. Repeat until it's loose. Also, air hammer will help.

Penetrating oil, air hammers, hand grenades....it doesn't matter, you're not going to get it loose. Save yourself a lot of time and effort and just cut it out.

Good news. This morning i was able to beat out the small rear sleeve using the bolt as a hammer point from the front. I should now beable to knock that larger sleeve out from the rear. Will attempt that tonight. Thanks for the replies.
