Alignment Specs after Sonoran Steel ~3" lift

Hey guys,

Just finished installing the SS 1.2A kit along with new LBJ's, outer tie rod ends, OEM bushings, etc. etc.

Now it's time to go get my KM/2's mounted and an alignment done. They're going on 16x8 MT Classic II's with factory backspacing (so teh wheels will stick out an extra inch on each side but with correct backspacing).

Anyone have some successful alignment specs on hand? I'm no alignment expert by any means but it seems like it's going to be tough to get back to factory camber with those control arms jacked away down like that...

Any input is appreciated; the more specific the numbers the better so I can forward them to the guy doing my alignment and hopefully save some time and cost.

My lift is in my sig. I took it to a shop to get it aligned and had no issues. I also replaced the parts you did and more. Shouldn't be a problem.

Just tell them to get the camber as close to zero as possible. There should be enough room in the factory adjustment bolts to zero it out - at least there was with mine. Do not mount those tires until the alignment is done, that much positive camber will shred the outside edge of your tires. I pretty much trashed a pair of Bridgestones by waiting a couple months to get my alignment done.

They put you vin into the alignment machine and it has the specs already in the machine. If they need the specs from you I would be going somewhere else.

I had them check the rear on mine after the lift install and new tires. This checks that you panhard setting is good. I set mine carefully just like the instructions said to do , It was right where it should be.

They will only get the camber close to where it is spec'd to be as others have said.
It's no big deal.

go on the sonoran steel website. he has some alignment specs he recommends if they can't get yours within spec.

I stated that wrong the camber does matter and they should be able to get to specs. It's the CASTER that they will only get so so and is no big deal.

there's 5 notches in regard to lift on tundra/bilstein setup. what notch are you on.
