All Metal Radiator

All I found for the Silla had plastic tanks. Wanted radiator to be all metal, no plastic.

Ive yet to see a race/aluminum radiator thats a direct fit for our rigs. You most likely will need to buy a universal that measures the same as our core and custom mount it in.

The Silla's for our rigs are plastic capped. They do make them for the older gen 4runner/tacoma's with the 4 cylinders. If you find a full aluminum direct fit I would be pretty happy.

I don't, here it is, this is who I ordered from when I bought mine.
It isn't listed as a Silla brand anymore.

Interesting. I'll check this one out. In the mean time, I'm still holding out for one for an automatic trans. If that doesn't surface, I'll probably go with this one. Thanks.
I will consider this, The hardest part might be getting the fan shroud to work, Not sure though.
That would be nice.

Why such concern about the plastic tanks? The part that fails in the stock and regular replacement unit is the trans cooler lines, not the tanks.
My stock tank (plastic) has lasted 350,000kms. What killed it recently was when I was doing my timing belt and was trying to loosen one of the side bolts that screwed onto a small square piece that held onto the radiator. The bolt was rusted, causing the square metal piece to forcefully turn into the plastic and crack.
Arguably it was my fault but this probably wouldnt have happened on a metal radiator.
If the only all-metal radiator that fits doesn't have a transmission cooler, exactly what problem is being solved by using it? As far as I've ever heard, the stock Toyota radiator is pretty darned good except some people believe when it gets old it's unusually susceptible to coolant contamination of the transmission cooler tank. So, why not cap off the stock transmission line fittings and use an external cooler instead of buying a new radiator that will likewise require an external cooler?

The assumption is that an all aluminium radiator is higher quality throughout and that the trans cooler would be better made and not as likely to fail. This is an assumption.

No problem being solved other than most all aluminum radiators have a lot better cooling efficiency which is good when super charged and or towing up the pass.
