I just seen these on their website. It says it fits 3rd gen 4runners. What are your thoughts guys?

Seem like about the same price as known others. I dont see how they would not work well with Billy's and there coils. Cant really make a coil wrong these days. Cool find!

Little cheaper then fox or kings. But you don't get a reservoir or rebuildable.

I have taco bil 5100s. The bilstein in the pictured all pro looks like the same one toytec uses on their original coilover. But what model shock is it? Is the valving identical to the 5100?

the entire point of having the external reservoir is not to have extra capacity, its actually to separate the oil from the gas, although it does add extra oil capacity. i think bilstein is the only shock company that uses the free floating piston in their monotube shocks, but i may be mistaken.

The only thing is, they tend to have a little longer total length then a remote reservoir would because the divider piston has to take up more room in the shock body. So you end up with a longer overall shock with a shorter stroke length then a RR.

I know for sure Fox has the IFP series of shocks, and Icon also has an internal reservoir line too. I'm pretty sure all the big shock companies have some form or another of an IFP design.

All-Pro has been selling these for nearly 10 years. They are pretty much the same as toytec's coilovers. Only difference is the top mounting plate. Toytec's is machined aluminum and is slightly thicker than All-Pro's welded steel mounting plate and will give you more droop (whether this is a good thing or not is another debate). Both use the same shock (F4-BE5-6930) and an Eibach spring.
