All-Pro Coilovers just came. Help adjusting!

My COs just got here and I'm trying to figure out what they are set at. The tech at All-Pro wasn't quite sure. There is 1 3/4 inches of thread showing out the bottom. Over all length of the whole assembly is 21 inches right now. I'm pairing these up with LC 7 wraps and assuming I'll have to crank these up all the way?

Once installed do I remove the wheels and jack up the front end to adjust the coils?

****IMPORTANT**** take before and after measurements. Do not crank all the way up I am running those CO's and they are about mid threaded portion. learn from my mistakes. I had a friend install mine while i worked on my brothers rig. He cranked them all the way up and it gave me just over 4" of lift. Yes the shock says 0-3" but also depends on the weight you have up front. If you are stock(no heavy winch or bumper) then you should be close with where they are set at. I am running the SS 1.2 rear kit and I am pretty flat sitting. Then again I also have a heavy rear bumper that helps kep things level.
