All Season Mats

Hi Folks,
Just picked up an 06 V8 Limited in Shadow Mica with nav and all the toys last night (after an 11 week wait).

Just curious, were there any changes to the interior from 05 to 06? More specifically, will the all season floor mats for the 05 model fit properly in the 06?

I don't see any reason why they wouldn't...but I've never seen the inside of an '06. The only thing that might be different is the location of the floor tabs that hold the driver's mat. On an '05 one is about 6 inches from the door sill and the other is about 6 inches from the tranny tunnel about 2 inches forward of the other tab.

I just bought the all-weather mats from toyotapartsstore.com and love them. I also bought the husky liner for the rear.

One thing that has changed is that they no longer offer they gray or oak colors for the '06 4Runner. You can only get them in BLACK. I actually just ordered them online and had to send them back (website said gray and I was sent black, then notified that gray was no longer available from Toyota)

I just got gray ones about a month ago for my 2006, I ordered them off Ebay from Metro Toyota. They gave me the option of gray and oak? Maybe the 05 ones do fit and thats what I got. They fit perfectly whatever I ended up with.

Good to know that they fit fine in the '06. I just bought a set of gray ones off ebay as well. I asked the seller if they were definitely gray - he siad Toyota did change to black only, but he could still get me gray ones.

Buyer beware, many sellers online that are selling "gray" will actually send you black ones.

The all weather mats in my dads 2006 are different than the ones in my 2005. My dad has black mats that are very think. Mine are grey and lighter feeling. The 2006 4Runner all weather mats are the design as the ones in Lexus models. They are definitely better quality and look nicer!

They are definitely made a lot better than the previous mats. Unfortunately, I don't know anything about how much they cost. I would assume they would be the same price as the older mats. I think the greys were discontinued.

I just picked up the all weather mats for my 2003 at my dealer today, Metro Toyota. They honored the internet price of $74 which I was happy about. The black mats are all that is left but I'm glad I didn't get the old gray ones, the black ones look awesome in my grey/black interior and they are definately nice and thick and high quality, much better than the all weather mats in my parents Sequoia. I will try to snap some pics soon, if it ever stops raining!!
