Yes but you need a 4wheel dyno. I saw an Audi done once where they jacked it up, put it on stands, removed all 4 wheels and then bolted a small dyno to each corner and then did all the normal runs that way.
 
The service manual says you must romove the front drive shaft. Put the back wheels on the dyno and lock the center diff.
 
They have awd dynos, i have seen them many times. Just check around, they have two major models.

The ones with 4 wheel rollers, and the ones that you take off all four tires and connect up to four machines.
